CHALLENGE: Integrate Real Time Rewards Data in Multiple Portals

SOLUTION: A full API integration was implemented to pass real time rewards data through client’s website, participants home pages and third party portal which serves as the central access point for all participants. Participant data is passed from client to INCENTCO to 3rd party portal including unique account identifier info, tying data back to client’s participating companies.
Participant accounts are automatically activated & displayed on the health program management panel.Participants redeem their rewards via a link (single user sign-on from 3rd party portal) that takes them their rewards home page.

BOTTOM LINE: Participants were able to constantly view program progress in real time thereby staying engaged.

CHALLENGE:  Create a two-tiered incentive program that awards points based upon reaching and exceeding sales goals with different incentive values for each. Progress must be displayed in a gamified manner to engage participants.

SOLUTION: Points were award for sales performance but were displayed in a ‘points pending’ tab until each individual’s sales goal was achieved. Once sales goals were reached the amount of points awarded automatically increased and moved from pending status to active. “Goal Tracker’ plug-in was inserted on each participant’s home page to display goal progress in a dynamic graphic.

BOTTOM LINE : Goal Tracker enabled sales associates the ability to view their performance in real time making their goals seem more attainable and visible.

SOLUTION: Using the INCENTCO admin panel, business units created programs for each of their departments with different goals including sales, performance, compliance, service, etc. Via permissions based login, administrators were able to add or delete reward categories, issue multiple reward values and monitor performance of each business unit in real time.

BOTTOM LINE: Client saved time and money while gaining a more engaged workforce.

SOLUTION: Integrating with their POS system, customers were able to receive points for various purchases in lieu of discounts. Point awards were given for purchasing specific items and calculated as a percentage of the purchase amount. Marketing promotions were implemented that enabled the client to offer various point award specials based upon purchasing specific items at specific times.

BOTTOM LINE: Store discounts were reduced and replaced by a less costly and more engaging incentive program.
